Hot Summer Offers

Now that another winter season has come and gone, the area courses around here become a ghost town.  Say Good bye to the 5 hour round of golf and hello to the 3 1/2 hour round.  Most golf courses will have a creative and aggressive marketing approach with their rates to maintain and/or gain customers in town.  It has, and still is, a battle between courses and locals regarding rates throughout the year….jack the rates up in the winter and make them dirt cheap in the summer……Enter the PAR 5 Club membership.

Founded by PGA Golf Professionals with the mindset of giving area golfers low rates all year long.  With the “Core Club’ partnership (Legacy Club, Stoneybrook, River Strand, and Waterlefe) guaranteeing the lowest rates throughout the year, and having 46 total “Play Days” on 12 of the areas best private clubs this past winter, two words come to mind….NO BRAINER. Now, getting back to summer golf… Area course partners with the PAR 5 Club are giving members some great deals so far. Here are a few of the many courses that members are enjoying:  Pelican Pointe – $25 after 12:00 P.M., IMG Golf & C.C. – $35 in the A.M. plus a Hot Dog, Sarasota National – $27 rate after 12:00 P.M, and of course the 4 Core Clubs and their low rates.
